Returns: You have 30 days from the time the package was delivered to request a refund. Please send items back to Scentsational Shoppe, 215 South Washington Ave, Return Dept., Bergenfield, NJ 07621 for a refund. If the wrong item was sent, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and ship the correct items immediately. If the error is made on your part, you are responsible for returning the items. Once the items are received, we will issue a refund. Please email before returning items so we can generate an RMA # for you. A 10% restocking fee is also deducted from the subtotal.
